About Calma Studios
Our intention at Calma Studios is to offer a well-rounded variety of healing practices, drawing upon ancient wisdom combined with modern science.
Yoga is a holistic system for body, mind and spirit, that teaches us to be present in the moment. We hope that our students experience the joy that this practice brings us. Our Yoga Studio is home to all levels of practitioners, recognizing that each individual has their own, unique path to follow.
