Slow Vinyasa | EN
This is a contemporary and fun style of Vinyasa flow, inviting you to tune in to how your body feels through mindful movement, awareness and breath. The practice is excellent for both beginners and more advanced yogis. It will tone, strengthen and stretch the whole body. It's a slower style of a Vinyasa class, with fewer transitions and poses, linking breath with movement. The poses are held longer with emphasis on the calm and meditative aspect, whilst working on improving strength and flexibility. The blissful relaxation at the end will leave you feeling peaceful and connected. A mindful and nourishing practice for your body, mind and soul.
